The episode of The View originally aired December 4, 2007. Sherri Sheperd is a 40 year old comedian/actress who was reportedly raised as a Jehovah’s Witness in Chicago and became a born again Christian when she moved to Los Angeles. She replaced Star Jones as a regular co-host on the show.
